THE ICE MAKER STORE'S REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, RETURN POLICY AND MISSION STATEMENT
The Ice maker Store Ice Makers offers an industry exclusive 24 month replacement warranty on all parts (unless otherwise indicated in the product description details) except the infrared sensor control board for the infrared sensor controlled ice maker system made by Whirlpool. All we ask is that customers spend some time reviewing the troubleshooting tips pages specific to their ice maker system, and eliminate all other possibilities before requesting replacement.
The Ice Maker Store is willing to accept returns and refund all cost (including shipping) to the buyer if the ice maker and related parts prove defective. The Ice Maker Store would prefer to work the problem with the buyer and send a replacement unit as the first option. A little two-way communication and even the smallest amounts of give and take BOTH WAYS can go a very long way in business and in life!! Sometimes people make honest mistakes and when that happens we will make it right every time and in very short order!!!
The Ice maker Store is not responsible for buyer's remorse or misdiagnosed part replacement or repair issues. WE ARE DEPENDING ON THE BUYERS PERSONAL HONESTY AND INTEGRITY JUST AS MUCH AS THE BUYER IS OURS!!.
The The Ice Maker Store may accept returns for various reasons at our own descretion. In such cases, for reasons outside damaged delivery, and or defective parts. Only uninstalled and unused parts will be considered for return. If a request for return has been approved, the customer will be charged a 20% return fee on the retail cost upon good receipt and inspection of the returned part.
Under no circumstances with The Ice maker Store accept returns for 'hit and miss' troubleshooting where a part has been installed and mechanically allowed to operate even for 5 minutes!!
Ninty days is the limit for all refunds.
