HERE'S WHAT MY CUSTOMERS HAVE TO SAY!!!

Don,

You took my phone call and helped me figure out the exact "vintage" ice maker we needed for our old 1997-era refrigerator here. You shipped it quickly and included an extra and newer-designed solenoid because you knew that the one which normally came with that old unit was "a pain" and prone to leaking. You had also assembled this new solenoid to the water tube which goes up to the ice maker which saved us some grief. We had the entire ice maker all installed in 30 minutes or so. Things went smoothly. Everything fit as you had said.

You wanted me to let you know when we started making the first ice here. Well... it has been cranking out the ice and doing a great job for two or three weeks now. We have it installed in the refrigerator in a break room here at work where about 35 people use the coffee machine, refrigerator, make iced tea, get soft drinks, etc. Since we installed your ice maker, we have not had to manually make even one single tray of ice cubes. I had only hoped that your ice maker would have "cut down" on the number of trays of ice that I had to make daily. Before the ice maker installation, I used to make 10 trays of ice per day manually. It was too time consuming and it was a nuisance to always be checking and making ice. I have not made even one more tray of ice since your ice maker was installed here.

Thank-You for ALL you have done, we now have fresh ice in the bucket. Last night I installed the new ice-maker and about an hour and a half later my wife had the good fortune to hear THE FIRST ice cubes drop, needless to say she was overjoyed. To all those with troubled ice makers: I would like to express my gratitude to Don and Just Ice Makers. I have dealt with a lot of companies and fly by night scams thru the years. Very rarely have I run across a Person or Company with the Honesty, Integrity and Reliability provided by Just Ice Makers. After calling a appliance repair service out, a $60.00 service call to tell me my Ice maker was broken, also needed a service panel, not in stock and needed to be ordered. Parts should be in less than a week and be a little more than $300.00. After the Tech left I took a shot in the dark and found Just Ice Makers. After my conversations with Don I felt I could do this with his easy step-by-step instructions provided and parts were here in a couple days at less than 1/2 of what I was going to be charged from the repair service. Parts were here and I had it installed in about 20 minutes and never had even attempted this before. I have no reservations whatsoever on recommending Just Ice Makers to my friends,family and whoever could benefit from Don and his professional experience. I ordered on Friday and received by Monday mid-morning, how'd that happen so fast to Hawaii!!?? By that afternoon I had ice! As per your instructions I set both to be transferred parts aside. Upon its arrival I attached the "shut-off arm" and the included wiring harness. At first I apparently did not insert the arm in correctly and consequently did not allow the ice maker to cycle properly thus wasn't discharging the ice. I removed the maker again and reattached the arm and harness. It cycled perfectly then... It's been 5 days now, and I have already been able to store a couple bags of ice for my daughters weekend soccer game. You got a good thing going here Don! Dear Don, This transaction has been excellent from beginning to now. The retail company was going to charge $355.00 for a new ice maker for my 2003 side by side refrigerator. Needless to say, I declined their offer. I found you on eBay. That was very fortunate for me. You not only sold an ice maker to me, you spoke with me several times on the phone and via email giving me detailed instructions on how to remove the old ice maker and install the new one. At your own expense, you phoned me 3 times. When ice wasn't dropping right away, I thought my installation had gone wrong. You assured me I did nothing wrong and that if we didn't have ice within a couple of hours that you would send another ice maker priority mail. Doing business with you reminds me of the way the consumer was treated 50 years ago, with respect and with honesty. Regarding Just Ice Makers products and Service: I recently purchased an ice maker because my Maytag quit producing ice cubes. Once my order was placed, I received a very nice email from the merchant stating that he had received payment; an ETA on my ice maker and most importantly, an offer to assist me in the install. This is extremely rare and very much appreciated.I received the ice maker a day ahead of the promised date and not knowing where to begin, contacted the vendor and accepted his offer for assistance. He was extremely helpful and provided me with very basic instructions that allowed me to install the ice maker by myself. The most important item about my transaction with this particular merchant was the promised me that the purchase wasn't complete until my ice maker produced ice cubes. I'm happy to report that I have ice cubes and I'm very happy with the service I was provided. I highly recommend this merchant not only for the timeliness of his delivery, but the added touch of customer service. - Deedie

Don, It's working great now except for one problem. Last night we were woken up about every 2 hours to the sound of ice falling into the tub. Can you fix that problem? Just kidding of course.
